What is the best brand of permanent, fine point, black markers?
I want to outline something on watercolor paper in a fine tip black marker. My art pens are drying out, what can I do?
I have Staedtler pigment liners and I was in the middle of using them to color in Staedtler Pigment a piece of art I'm working on, when they started to dry out. If there anything I can do to restore them?Kinda like when you leave regular markers out and I think you put them in vinegar, or something like that?Or do I need to buy new ones now?
